Kelly Tanner Williams, RDH, MSDH
CEO and President
Kelly began her career as a registered dental hygienist and has been in dentistry for over 17 years. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University with specialization in Management and Administration. During her years of clinical practice and as an academician at Northern Virginia Community College and Virginia Commonwealth University, students and colleagues relied on Kelly to tell them who the "good doctor" was to work with in private practice.

Over the years, she has formed many networks within the American Dental Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association, and is known for her honesty and her standards of practice as a dental professional which led her to launch RDH Solution in 2005. Integrity and high standards transitioned the company into a national firm, and existing clients wanted further representation in other aspects of their businesses...consulting,  recruitment of associates, and certified/registered dental assistants.

Within Exceed and each of the divisions, she is a recognized consultant in behavioral profiling and Action Driven Consultation, and has used her skill to profile more than 1,000 dental healthcare professionals for temporary and long-term career placements. She is very active in the company's day to day operations and management. The company is certified woman-owned by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and is a member of the American Staffing Association. Ms. Williams also currently serves as the president of the Virginia Dental Hygienists' Association.
