Contract Negotiations: After a series of interviews, you will be ready to put together an offer to your candidate. DDS continues to assist you to generate a term sheet offering the terms of a contractual agreement and when necessary, we have relationships with attorneys who specialize in putting together dental contracts and agreements. Otherwise, DDS will be happy to work with your attorney.

Licensure and Relocation Consulting: We work with you and your new hire in obtaining the correct forms and information necessary to be licensed in your state. In addition, comparative demographic information and relocation advice are part of our recruitment services provided for you and your candidate of choice.

Guarantee: We stand by our service. Every candidate placed by DDS Solution carries a one year guarantee. DDS will redo your search at no additional charge if the candidate you hire fails to work out during the first 4 months. If after the first four months something goes wrong during the next 9 months, DDS will redo your search at one half the fees originally paid.
